Card On File

We require a card on file for all new and existing clients at the time of booking and a nonrefundable deposit for all new clients. The deposit will be deducted from your total at check out.

 

Children/Additional guests:

Please do not bring any additional guests including your CHILDREN or PETS to your appointment.

Service dogs are okay if they are Trained Licensed service dogs. Children and Pets are not allowed inside of TCSTYLING. We are a high-performance, luxury salon. Breaking this rule will result in you not being rebooked.

 Appointment Cancelations and Rescheduling 

If you fail to change your appointment for any reason prior to 7 days before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your allocated service. 

If you are 20 minutes late or later, you are choosing to cancel your appointment and will be charged 100% of your allocated service as a No Show.

We respect your time and other guests booked for the day. We ask for the same in Return.

*Rescheduling day of appointment is considered a last-minute cancelation and will result in 100% charge of your allocated service. 

*Day of cancelation, you will be charged 100% of the allocated service.

*No shows, you will be charged 100% of the allocated service.

*No new appointments will be made until all charges are clear.
